BBL Bernsau Brockdorff

BBL has for many years been one of Germany’s leading law firms with excellent connections, focussing solely on special situations – restructuring, rehabilitation and insolvency. With some 200 staff, we are present in more than 30 locations in Germany and in London.

We draw up and implement restructuring concepts within and outside the scope of insolvency (plan) procedures. If necessary, we also undertake temporary responsibility ourselves for managing the company.

We also provide support for M&A projects and look after distressed investments. Our special areas of expertise moreover include acting as trial counsel on behalf of and against insolvency administrators as well as manager liability in special situations.

Our clients are frequently at the heart of events as companies in crisis. Shareholders, investors and banks rely on us to look after their interests, putting their trust in our specialist knowledge and many years of experience both in insolvency administration  and in consultancy.

Special situations demand a special approach. A quick, precise analysis and an eye for the essentials ensure a head start that is frequently decisive. Our clients appreciate our creativity and speed in drawing up and implementing concepts.
