BBL Bernsau Brockdorff

For many years, BBL has been one of the nationwide leading and excellently networked law firms with the sole focus on special situations - restructuring, restructuring and insolvency.

With around 200 employees, we are present in more than 30 locations throughout Germany and in London. We create restructuring concepts within and outside of insolvency (plan) procedures and implement them. If necessary, we also assume responsibility for the company's management on a temporary basis.

We support M & A projects in crisis management companies and provide distressed investments. The process management for and against insolvency administrators as well as the manager's liability in special situations also belong to our special themes.

Our clients are frequently the center of the business as a company with a crisis. Shareholders, investors and banks also rely on our special know-how and long-term experience in both insolvency administration and consulting to safeguard and enforce their interests.

Special situations require a special approach. A quick, precise analysis and an eye for the essentials ensure the often decisive time advance. Our clients value the creativity and speed with which we develop and implement concepts.
