Your question is very difficult to understand. Some more information would be helpful. Let me see if I'm understanding you correctly:
You couldn't pay your credit card bill back in 2012 because you couldn't afford to and the credit card company then sent you a letter asking you to appear in court? When did the company send you the letter?
I am not a lawyer. This appears to be a matter you should speak to a debt collection attorney about in your area.
