The question

couples of days ago, when I'm working on computer system, my boss found I didn't know which state OR is stand for ( I know I was stupid ), he was upset, and thought I was not qualified for the position. He took away my daily job assigned to someone else. He gives me hardship, and want to push me out of the company. I wonder if I can file discrimination in EEOC?

Hi Nathan,

Thanks for your response.

I forgot introduce about myself. I wasn't born in U.S.A. and immigrated from other country. I earned my college degree in U.S.A last year.

I have thick accent, there was once, my boss said" what is the hell are you talking about" when I reported to him.

For the incident regarding OR, he also said, "where did you learn English? OR is stand for Oregon......"

Actually, I know OR is stand for Oregon, I just didn't remember it at that moment. I asked an offhand question "what is OR stand for." I know I was stupid, shouldn't ask. In this case, do you think if I can file discrimination in EEOC, and EEOC will accept it?
