Effective June 1, 2014, Squire Sanders and Patton Boggs merged to create Squire Patton Boggs.  The combined firm consists of over 1,500 lawyers spanning 44 offices in 21 countries. Founded in 1890 as Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, the firm is now a true global heavyweight. Squire Sanders boasts offices in 19 countries and a client roster that includes the likes of 3M Company, Barclays PLC, Bayer Corporation etc.Organized around a "one-firm firm" structure that enhances connection among its far-flung branches.
